we’ll begin with movement (each class will vary in intensity, and modifications for postures will always be given) and then I’ll guide you through a a yoga nidra practice.

what is yoga nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation practice that brings you back home to yourself.

in the logistical sense…you get real comfy and lay down on the ground, close your eyes (optional), and let your breath be effortless and I guide you through the practice. try this practice for free.

It's a practice that will blow your damn mind and reset your nervous system in the gentlest and most nurturing way. Or if you just want to lay down and have a nap... it's that too ;)
