a 6 week yoga series starting thursday february 22. the series will be a combination of flow classes, restorative & yoga nidra.

each class will include movement, breathwork & long savasanas.

all classes will start @ 7:15p and are held @ Love Life Hot Yoga ( 10405 102 St suite 106, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 2W5 )
